What

What

Coaching is working with you and your staff in your business, at your desk. You will learn new skills and techniques so you are more productive and efficient. We coach at your pace, on the topics you need to know.

Why

Why

Coaching works because it’s instant. Our coach identifies the key features and tools you and your staff need to know about, then we teach you how to use them, on the spot at your desk, in your office. You can get your work done, while you learn.

How

How

Coaching can be held at your business, for groups or individuals. We can also floor walk, providing instant answers to your queries, helping you get the most from your software & hardware investment.

Who

We match our coach to your coaching need. All of our coaches are reliable and relatable. We understand not everyone finds IT easy. We’ll customise coaching to meet your learning style.

Our Coaching Team

Our coaches are approachable, reliable and relatable. We have a team of coaches available to coach you on tips and quick ways to do things better, using your IT.  You'll be able to apply your new skills immediately and see instant results.

We have experience working with all skill levels, and we'll pace the coaching to fit how you learn.

"What I love about coaching is watching people 'get it', seeing their face change as they absorb the learning; I call them 'light bulb' moments. It's the best bit of my job, seeing folk inspired and confident to get on and get their job done."

Susan Carlow, Coaching Team Leader

One of my favourite new features in Word 2010 is the Navigation Pane, it saves me so much time and bother when I work with large documents. When displayed, the Navigation Pane sits on the left side of your document. There are three available choices to help you find what you need quickly, and then get to that exact spot with one click.

Navigation Pane is an improved version of the old Document Map and Thumbnails panes.

To show the Navigation Pane, go to View > Navigation Pane. You can show or hide it as you require.

Browse Headings display shows a list of all the headings and sub-headings you’ve created using Heading Styles. You can move quickly to a section by simply clicking on the respective heading. You can also reorder the sections by clicking the headings you want to move, and then dragging it to a new position in the heading list.

The Browse Pages tab displays a thumbnail view of every page in your document. This helps you to quickly scan through the pages, checking that your page layout works well, or looking for a table or chart that you need to view or edit.
